30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return. This policy is in addition to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request a return
Email info@gryntho.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. If the return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return condition
Items should be returned in the condition received, with all included parts and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but we may reduce a refund where handling has gone beyond what is reasonably necessary and has reduced the item's value.
Change-of-mind return costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase. Original expedited or premium delivery charges are not refundable beyond any amount required by applicable law.
UK and EEA cancellation rights
For eligible online purchases, consumers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions can apply, including for personalised, sealed hygiene-sensitive or perishable goods. Your statutory rights are not affected by our 30-day returns policy.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact info@gryntho.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund or return instructions. Nothing in this policy limits rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned where the law permits an exception, including personalised goods, gift cards, perishable items and sealed hygiene-sensitive goods that have been unsealed. Any product-specific restriction will be stated on the product page or explained before the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you after the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or dispatch.
