Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of gryntho.com and purchases made from Gryntho. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. About Gryntho

Gryntho operates this online store using Shopify's ecommerce platform. Customer enquiries should be sent to info@gryntho.com.

2. Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful shopping purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, infringe rights or use the store for unlawful activity.

3. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately and present clear photographs and specifications. Colours, dimensions and appearance can vary slightly because of screens, manufacturing tolerances and product updates. Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be corrected or updated where necessary.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed by the store. The final price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts are shown at checkout before payment. Prices and promotions can change, but changes do not normally affect an order already accepted. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected; where an error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct terms or cancel and refund the order.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, depending on the confirmation provided. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions or a material pricing error. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate. We do not generally receive complete payment-card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Free tracked delivery is available on qualifying orders of £29.99 or more. Orders below the threshold are normally charged £4.99 unless checkout displays another destination-specific amount. Delivery estimates and further conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. International orders

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or local taxes. Where these amounts are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for them. You are responsible for ensuring that the products can lawfully be imported and used at the destination.

9. Cancellations and 30-day returns

Gryntho offers 30-day returns subject to the conditions in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Consumers in certain jurisdictions, including eligible UK and EEA consumers, may also have a statutory cancellation period. Instructions, exceptions, return costs and refund timing are explained in that policy.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from their description, contact info@gryntho.com with the order number and supporting information. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, dates, exclusions and limits. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw a promotion where it has been misused or affected by an error, subject to applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

The website's original branding, layout, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Gryntho and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for ordinary shopping purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, publish or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

13. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant Gryntho a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or unrelated.

14. Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, review tools and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Gryntho is responsible for its own obligations to you but is not responsible for independent third-party websites outside our control.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. By using the store, you acknowledge that order and usage information will be processed by Shopify and relevant service providers as needed to operate the store and complete transactions.

16. Availability and website changes

We may maintain, change or discontinue website features and may temporarily restrict access for security, maintenance or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.

To the extent permitted by law, Gryntho is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Our responsibility for defective goods and statutory consumer rights remains unaffected.

18. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays, industrial action, government restrictions, network failures or supply-chain interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate material delays where possible.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the store or our services. The version applying to an order is normally the version in force when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

20. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the seller and the transaction. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law of your usual place of residence. 21. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your obligations without our consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a genuine business reorganisation or sale, provided your consumer rights are not reduced.
