Destinations
We ship to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Enter your delivery address during checkout to confirm availability, the final shipping method and any destination-specific charges.
Shipping cost
Free tracked delivery is available on qualifying orders of £29.99 or more to eligible destinations shown at checkout. For orders below £29.99, the standard tracked delivery charge is £4.99 unless a different charge is displayed at checkout for the selected destination or service.
The checkout total is the final source of truth for shipping eligibility and cost.
Estimated delivery
The current estimated delivery time is generally 5–8 business days after processing, unless a different estimate is stated on the product page or at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs, severe weather, address issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing and split shipments
Orders may require processing before dispatch. Items may occasionally be sent in separate parcels where products are fulfilled from different facilities. Where available, tracking will be provided for each parcel.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international destinations, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply unless they are included in the checkout total. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for them. Customs processing can affect delivery times.
Address accuracy
Check your delivery address before completing payment. Contact info@gryntho.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch.
Delayed or missing orders
If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@gryntho.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Damaged deliveries
If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the parcel and product.
